"Didn't notice enough of a difference"
I took this for about a month and didn’t notice a big change in my mood or mental clarity. I mean, some days I felt maybe a tiny bit better, but then again—actually, not enough that I could really say it was working. For the price, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Clean and sooo simple"
I really like that fatty15 keeps things super simple with just one main ingredient and no weird random fillers. That whole purity angle is what made me try it in the first place, and so far the capsules feel clean and easy on my stomach. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s still kinda pricey for something I’d take every day, but the ingredient quality seems really solid and I feel good about using it long term.

"Easy Enough to Take Daily"
I thought the taste was decent overall. There’s a slight oily aftertaste, at least to me, but it’s not strong enough to bother me much. I can see myself taking this every day without any issue.

"Definitely feeling more awake"
I’ve noticed I’m feeling more awake during the day and not dragging as much as I usually do. It’s not some crazy overnight change, but I do feel like I have more energy lately. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it’s been worth it for me.

"Maybe helped a little, but nothing major"
I started taking fatty15 for hormone and menopause support after reading a few reviews. It’s hard to describe, but I do feel like my hot flashes might be a little less intense than before. Not a huge change, though, and my mood still kind of goes up and down. It’s easy enough to take, but it’s also a bit pricey, so I’m still undecided on whether I’ll keep buying it.

I gave it a try for about a month, and while it seemed fine overall, the bottles are small for the price. I just didn’t notice enough of a difference to feel like it was worth continuing, but it might work better for someone else

I like that it’s just one little capsule a day, honestly. I keep it right by my coffee stuff, so I just take it in the morning without really having to think about it or count out a bunch of pills.

"Nice bottle, packaging was just okay"
Really like the bottle itself, looks clean and is easy to use. Expected the box to feel a little nicer for the price though. Nothing arrived damaged, just wasn’t super impressed with the packaging overall.

"Took a while, but I noticed a difference"

Ordering was easy, and the site loaded fine for me. The only thing was checkout kind of froze once, which was a little annoying, but I refreshed it and then it went through no problem. Got my confirmation email quickly too, so yeah, overall it was fine

"A Bit Bigger Than Similar Capsules"
I really wanted to like these more, but the capsules are a little larger than I expected. Compared to other supplements I take, these feel slightly harder to swallow. I usually don’t have much trouble with pills, but I do need extra water with these. They’re not awful by any means, just not as easy as I was hoping. I do wish they were a bit smaller.

I’ve been taking fatty15 for a few weeks now, my knees feel way more comfortable, especially first thing in the morning when they usually like to act like rusty old hinges. My mobility seems a little better too, which feels like a small miracle in the ongoing saga of getting out of bed.
